Abstract
"MONTAGEM DE SENSOR PARA UM MEDIDOR DE FLUXO DEFLUIDO, E, MEDIDOR DE FLUXO DE FLUIDO". Uma montagemde sensor para um medidor de fluxo de fluido, mais particularmente,um medidor de gás, inclui um poço de pressão feito de materialnão-magnético e um sensor que é removível do poço semdespressurizar a linha de fluído na qual o medidor de fluxo estálocalizado. O poço de pressão é montado dentro de um furoformado em um ressalto do corpo do medidor e, em umaconfiguração preferencial, estende-se através do alojamento derotor interno e inclui uma face interna contornada para seconformar com a parede interna do alojamento. Em certasconfigurações da invenção, o sensor é modelado para cobrir opoço de pressão por pinos de trava, cravos ou anéis de retenção,de modo que os parafusos tenham que ser afrouxados gradual eseq³encialmente para remover o poço de pressão, de modo aimpedir a remoção imprópria do poço de pressão do ressalto docorpo do medidor. Em outras configurações ainda, o poço depressão é rosqueado diretamente no ressalto do corpo ou inclui umcolar rosqueado e uma luva que é girável para facilitar oposicionamento de uma face contornada em relação à paredeinterna do alojamento. Em tais configurações, o ressalto do corpoinclui um recesso anular que permite o fluido pressurizado escaparentre o poço de pressão e o ressalto do corpo à medida que opoço de pressão é removido, provendo, assim, um alerta audívelde que a linha sobre a qual o medidor está montado estápressurizada.
