"ARTIGO AUTOADESIVO PARA OBTENçãO DE RóTULOS E SIMILARES E PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE ARTIGO AUTOADESIVO PARA OBTENçãO DE RóTULOS E SIMILARES" O presente resumo refere-se a um pedido de patente de invenção para artigo autoadesivo para obtenção de rótulos e similares e processo de obtenção do mesmo, compreendendo, preferentemente, um filme em forma de fita compreendido, substancialmente: por uma camada anterior singela de base para impressão (1), obtida de verniz; por uma camada intermediária (2) de adesivo sensível à pressão; e por uma camada de proteção do adesivo (liner) (3), obtido de papel ou plástico siliconado; o processo compreende, substancialmente, etapas de: a)- desbobinamento de uma fita de papel ou plástico pré-siliconado; b)- aplicação de adesivo "hot melt" ou outros processos, como flexografia, rolos ou outros sobre a fita siliconada; c)- resfriamento do adesivo, no caso de "hot melt" através da passagem entre rolos resfriadores antiaderentes; d)- aplicação da camada de verniz sobre o adesivo através de processos conhecidos flexografia; e)- secagem do verniz através de radiação de calor ou ultravioleta ou eletro beam ou catalizador ou outros; e f)- rebobinamento do artigo acabado."SELF-ADHESIVE ARTICLE FOR OBTAINING LABELS AND SIMILARS AND PROCESS FOR OBTAINING SELF-ADHESIVE ARTICLES FOR OBTAINING LABELS AND SIMILARS" This summary refers to a patent application for a self-adhesive article for obtaining labels and the like and process for obtaining the even, preferably comprising a film in the form of tape substantially comprised: by a simple front layer of printing base (1), obtained from varnish; an intermediate layer (2) of pressure sensitive adhesive; and by a protective layer of the adhesive (liner) (3), obtained from paper or silicone plastic; the process substantially comprises steps of: a) - unwinding a pre-siliconized paper or plastic tape; b) - application of hot melt adhesive or other processes, such as flexography, rollers or others on the silicone tape; c) - cooling of the adhesive, in the case of "hot melt" through the passage between non-stick cooling rollers; d) - application of the varnish layer on the adhesive through known flexographic processes; e) - drying the varnish through heat or ultraviolet radiation or electro beam or catalyst or others; and f) - rewinding the finished article.
