Abstract
<B>"ESTAçãO DE BASE DE CéLULAS CONCêNTRICAS DE ALCANCE ESTENDIDO<D> A presente invenção é uma estação de base de células concêntricas de alcance estendido e um método para prolongar um tamanho de célula ou a faixa de acesso sem incorrer em projetar novamente o correlator de ASIC. Isso é realizado com um projeto de estação de base de células concêntricas que incorpora vários protocolos de sincronização. A estação de base concêntrica tem associada uma microcélula e uma macrocélula, em que as micro e macrocélulas usam um protocolo de sincronização diferente que fará que os sinais transmitidos pelas unidades móveis dentro de suas células respectivas sejam recebidos dentro dos limites das janelas de busca associadas com os protocolos de sincronização.
