<B>"PROCESSO DE SINALIZAçãO DE CHAMADAS TELEFôNICAS TIPO "CALLBACK", VIA INTERNET, SUPORTADA POR APLICATIVO TIPO AGENDA TELEFôNICA PARA COMPUTADORES MONO OU MULTIUSUáRIO"<D>, refere-se a um processo que permite ao usuário realizar chamadas telefônicas do tipo "callback" com o auxílio da Internet, o que reduz expressivamente o tempo de conexão, elimina a necessidade de equipamentos ("hardware") adicionais de alto custo, de realizar chamadas não completadas e de navegadores de Internet para processar chamadas. Através de um aplicativo tipo agenda telefônica, idealizada para redes de computadores ou para computadores mono-usuários que dispõem de acesso à Internet, o usuário apenas disca o número que deseja chamar ou pressiona com o mouse sobre um número pré armazenado e a ligação pronta (chamando no destino), é entregue no telefone comum do usuário em poucos segundos.
