Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A GRANULAçãO E A FRAGMENTAçãO DE ESCóRIAS LìQUIDAS"<D>. Com um processo para a granulação e para a fragmentação de escórias líquidas, especialmente de escórias contendo óxidos de metal, são introduzidos, na escória ou no jato de escória, carvão, hidrocarbonetos, dióxido de carbono (CO~ 2~) e/ou misturas de carvão-água ou lamas de carvão. A escória líquida é transportada para um espaço de expansão ou de granulação, bem como a seguir para um moinho, especialmente um moinho de jato ou de impacto. Com o dispositivo, dotado com uma bandeja de escória e com uma lança disposta de maneira coaxial com relação ao eixo do tubo de bandeja, para a realização do processo, o tubo de bandeja é construído como bocal de orifício. Radialmente do lado de fora do orifício do tubo de bandeja, estão dispostos equipamentos para a aplicação de suportes de carbono e/ou bocais de água.
