Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA CONTATAR REAGENTES COM UM CATALISADOR PARTICULADO EM UM REATOR DE CANAL, E, ARRANJO DE REATOR DE CANAL PARA CONTATAR REAGENTES COM UM CATALISADOR PARTICULADO". Processo e aparelho para contactar reagentes com um catalisador particulado, contactando indiretamente os reagentes e o catalisador particulado com um meio de troca de calor e ao mesmo tempo retirando intermitentemente e substituindo o catalisador particulado por uma operação que sequencialmente restringe o fluxo de reagente enquanto move o catalisador através de pilhas de reação em que o fluxo de reagentes foi restringido. A invenção permite uma mudança do catalisador em um arranjo de reator de tipo de canal que normalmente restringiria o fluxo catalítico durante a operação e permite o movimento do catalisador através de um reator do tipo de troca de calor que tem reagente e canais de troca de calor, deste modo permitindo controle da atividade catalítica assim como temperaturas de reação.
