Abstract

<B>"SISTEMA AUTOMáTICO EM FLUXO PARA A INTRODUçãO DE AMOSTRAS COM POSTERIOR DIGESTãO UTILIZANDO FORNO DE MICROONDAS"<D>. FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF SAMPLES WITH POSTERIOR DIGESTION USING MICROWAVE OVEN" <D>. The present invention relates to the development, assembly, optimization and evaluation of a system for digesting liquid samples and solid sample suspensions using microwave ovens. The samples are introduced directly into the microwave oven through an automatic flow system and the entry and exit of samples from the oven are controlled through an automatic valve. The entire system is managed by a microcomputer and the computer program developed for the proposed system allows all steps necessary for the digestion of the sample to be controlled fully automatically.
