Abstract

PLACA FRIGORìFICA PARA FORNOS DE CUBA. Uma placa de refrigeração para fornos de cuba, especialmente alto-fornos, providos de um revestimento refratário a fogo, consistindo de cobre ou de uma liga de cobre com baixo teor, com canais de refrigeração, sendo a placa de refrigeração produzida de um bloco bruto forjado ou laminado, apresentando em uma de suas faces, ou seja, na face dianteira, ranhuras para recepção de material refratário a fogo, deverá ser de tal forma aperfeiçoada que possa ser produzida de modo mais vantajoso, podendo oferecer melhor rendimento de frio. Neste sentido, é proposto que no lado dorsal das placas de refrigeração estejam previstos canais de refrigeração, limitados, em uma parte, pela própria placa de refrigeração e, por outra parte, por meio de chapas, sendo que os canais de refrigeração são engastados por meio de fresagem no lado dorsal da placa de refrigeração e/ou das chapas.
