A permanent magnetic generator comprises a base (21) having fixedly a first magnetic body (23), a stator member (35) horizontally arranged above the base 21 through support members (27), and having a stator support (36) ; a drive motor support (50) horizontally arranged and fixed to the support members (27) so that a space (61) is formed above the stator member (35); a rotating shaft (55) penetrates a first central hole (42) made in the stator support (36) and a second central hole (51) made in the drive motor support 50 and being supported by means of the bearings (43) and ( 52); a rotor (60) fixed to the rotating axis (55) to be located within the space (61) and having permanent annular magnets (65) that face the stator coils 38 of the stator member (35); a second magnetic body (56) fixedly attached to the projected lower end (55a) of the rotary axis (55) so that the second magnetic body (56) floats due to the repulsion forces generated between the first and second magnetic bodies (23, 56 ); a bearing member (80) connected to the drive motor support (50) to support the upwardly driven rotating shaft 55 through the second magnetic body (56); and a drive motor (70) which is attached to the drive motor support (50) and is adapted to rotate the rotary shaft (55) by means of power transmission (74, 75) in order to allow better performance of rotation of the rotary axis.
