A presente invenção trata de uma lente ótica dotada de um elemento ótico holográfico de volume combinado que proporciona uma potência ótica de refração. A lente ótica tem um ângulo de ativação programado no qual o elemento ótico holográfico proporciona uma potência ótica de refração. A presente invenção proporciona também um método de produção de um elemento holográfico de múltiplas camadas adequado para a lente ótica.
