Abstract

Patente de Invenção: " TROCADOR DE CALOR DE LEITO DE CHUVA E MéTODO DE UTILIZAçãO". Um trocador de calor de leito em queda que inclui: uma coluna oca; uma entrada de alimentação localizada próxima ao topo da coluna para introduzir o material particulado na coluna de modo que o material caia através da coluna; uma entrada de gás localizada próxima ao fundo da coluna para introduzir gases ascendentes na coluna de modo que os gases fluam em sentido contrário ao material em queda; uma pluralidade de defletores suportados dentro da coluna entre as entradas de alimentação e de gás para retardar o material em queda e prolongar sua exposição aos gases; e uma seção de desengate localizada próxima ao topo da coluna para separar dos particulados de gases introduzidos pelos gases em elevação. A seção de desengate inclui uma tela posicionada dentro da coluna e possui um pluralidade de aberturas através das quais os gases ascendentes passam a fim de separar suficientemente os particulados introduzidos. Alternativamente, a seção de desengate pode incluir meio de filtro para separar os particulados introduzidos.
