Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"VáLVULA TERMOSTáTICA"<D>. Uma válvula termostática para guiar o fluxo de fluido de arrefecimento em um sistema de arrefecimento em um motor de combustão interna entre, por um lado, um primeiro e um segundo canal (4, 5) no sistema de arrefecimento e, por outro lado, o primeiro canal e um terceiro canal (6) no sistema de arrefecimento. A referida válvula consiste, por um lado, em um suporte (27) que tem elementos de afixação externa (8) os quais mantém a válvula no lugar em uma posição fixa em uma câmara de válvula (2), com a qual os referidos canais se comunicam e, por outro lado, em um corpo de válvula tubular (12) que tem uma primeira abertura (14). A abertura está permanentemente aberta para o primeiro canal. Uma segunda abertura (15) oposta se volta para o segundo canal. O corpo de válvula é móvel ao longo de um eixo (16) entre uma primeira sede de válvula (18), a qual é disposta na câmara de válvula no primeiro canal, e uma segunda sede de válvula (20), a qual é suportada pelo suporte. O suporte apresenta uma terceira abertura, a qual se abre permanentemente para o segundo canal. O suporte suporta um mecanismo de alternância sensível à temperatura (22) o qual se estende ao longo do eixo e é pretendido para, dependendo da temperatura do fluido de arrefecimento, alternar o corpo de válvula entre uma primeira e uma segunda posição final. O suporte suporta, por um lado, uma parede de revestimento como um colar (27), a qual se estende a partir dos referidos elementos de afixação (8) e se conecta perifericamente ao corpo de válvula (12) a uma distância da segunda sede e, por outro lado, uma parede de extremidade fechada (21) a qual é adaptada para fechar a segunda abertura (15) do corpo de válvula na segunda posição final.
