Abstract

A invenção em questão refere-se a um processo e a um dispositivo para a produção de gás de combustão, gás de síntese e gás de redução a partir de combustíveis que voltam a crescer e de fósseis, de outras biomassas, de lixo ou lamas, sendo que antes de sua condução para o reator, esses produtos são separados, de modo mais amplo possível, em produtos sólidos e em forma de gás, como por exemplo, gás de destilação lenta e carvão vegetal, e são conduzidos ao reator separadamente, no qual de acordo com a invenção o reator é constituído de um queimador combinado, de uma câmara de combustão, de um carburador de corrente, de um canal de compensação de calor, bem como, de um banho de água, sendo que o queimador combinado dispõe de dispositivos para a combustão subestequiométrica de produtos de destilação lenta em forma de gás, bem como de dispositivos de torção, que lançam os componentes líquidos para a parede da câmara de combustão. As gotas de escória líquidas caem em um banho de água. O combustível pulverizado pode reagir com o meio de gaseificação da câmara de combustão de modo endotérmico para o gás de gaseificação, o coque restante é agitado de tal forma que, por meio de recepção de calor por convecção ele abaixa a temperatura da parede da câmara de combustão abaixo da temperatura de fusão da escória, sendo que na parede interna da câmara de combustão se forma uma camada de proteção de escória endurecida.Invention Patent: <B> "PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF COMBUSTION GAS, SYNTHESIS GAS AND REDUCING GAS FROM SOLID FUELS" <D>. The pulverized fuel can react with the gasification medium of the combustion chamber in an endothermic way to the gasification gas, the remaining coke is agitated in such a way that, by means of the reception of heat by convection, it lowers the temperature of the chamber wall. combustion below the slag melting temperature, and a hardened slag protection layer forms on the inner wall of the combustion chamber.
