Abstract
"SISTEMA PARA CODIFICAR VOZ COM SUPRESSãO DE RUìDO INTEGRADA, E, PROCESSO PARA SUPRIMIR RUìDO EM UM CODIFICADOR DE VOZ" Um sistema para codificar voz enquanto suprimindo ruído de fundo acústico e um processo para suprimir ruído de fundo acústico em um código de voz são descritos aqui. O codificador de voz inclui um amostrador que captura grupos de amostras no domínio do tempo de uma sinal de áudio. Um detetor de atividade de voz operativamente acoplado ao amostrador determina presença ou ausência de fala em um corrente grupo. Um transformador está operativamente acoplado ao amostrador para transformar o grupo de amostras de áudio no domínio do tempo em uma estimativa do espectro de potência daquele grupo. Um adaptador de modelo de ruído operativamente associado com o transformador atualiza um modelo de ruído no domínio da freq³ência baseado na estimativa de espectro de potência do corrente grupo se o detetor de atividade de voz indica uma ausência de fala neste grupo. Um bloco de computação de filtro operativamente acoplado ao adaptador de modelo de ruído e a transformada computa um filtro de intensificação espectral baseado na corrente estimativa de espectro de potência e no modelo de ruído adaptado.
