Abstract

"PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA PERFURAR UM FURO FORA DA COSTA EM UMA FORMAçãO TERRESTRE". é apresentado um processo de perfuração fora da costa, no qual uma broca (44) é acionada na extremidade distante de uma coluna de perfuração (24), o fluido de perfuração (32) é injetado na coluna de perfuração a partir das instalações de perfuração de superfície, e o fluido de perfuração lava o furo (16), na broca e carreia os detritos de perfuração (76). O fluido de perfuração é extraído próximo ao nível de lama e é tratado através de um sistema de processamento submarino (22) para remover os depósitos do fluido de perfuração. O fluido de perfuração tratado é então retornado á superfície com um sistema de bombeamento de retorno submarino (26) e passado para as instalações de perfuração de superfície para injeção e recirculação.
