Patente de Invenção: <B>''MóDULO DE LINHA DE ASSINANTE DE TELEFONE"<D> Um módulo de assinante de telefone (30) permite que um assinante de telefone interconecte seletivamente uma linha de telefone de assinante (42) a uma de uma pluralidade de linhas de provedor de serviço de telefone disponíveis (38). Uma base (32) possui um primeiro conector (54) configurado para receber um plugue conectado a uma linha de telefone de assinante. Um segundo conector (60) eletricamente conectado ao primeiro conector, é configurado para receber um plugue conectado a uma selecionada dentre uma pluralidade de linhas de provedor de serviço de telefone para desta forma estabelecer uma conexão de comunicação elétrica entre a linha de telefone de assinante e a linha de provedor de serviço de telefone selecionada.
