"DISPOSITIVO DISPERSOR, SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçõES DE DADOS, E, MéTODO PARA PROCESSAR UMA CORRENTE RECEBIDA DE TRáFEGO DE COMUNICAçõES PARA DISPERSAR CORRELAçãO DE RAJADA". Uma corrente de tráfego de comunicações (102) é processada por um dispositivo dispersor de mudança de tempo (108). O dispositivo sente as rajadas (212) da corrente recebida de tráfego de comunicações e armazena quadros individuais da corrente recebida de tráfego de comunicações para um retardo de tempo especificado (204) calculado em função das rajadas sensoreadas. Em seguida ao retardo calculado (214), o tráfego de quadro tem registro de tempo interrompido (206) a partir do dispositivo (102) para ser combinado com (adicionado a) (110) outras correntes de tráfego de comunicações para transporte sobre um enlace de comunicações de mídia compartilhada (114). Em casos onde cada uma das diversas correntes e tráfego de comunicações é processada por um dispositivo dispersor associado, retardos de tempo individuais são calculados em função não apenas das rajadas sensoreadas, mas também de um retardo determinado por um sistema de gerenciamento (operação e manutenção) de rede de transporte (116) de correlações verificadas em rajadas entre as múltiplas correntes de tráfego de comunicações.
