Abstract

"MéTODO PARA COMPRIMIR A úMIDO PAPEL TOALHA COM TRêS CAMADAS DE FELTRO". A presente invenção proporciona um método para a fabricação de uma manta de papel comprimida a úmido. Uma manta embriónica (120) das fibras de fabricação de papel é formada sobre um elemento formador foraminoso (11) e transferida para um elemento de impressão (240) para dobrar uma parte das fibras de fabricação de papel na manta embriónica nos condutos de deflexão no elemento de impressão. A manta (120) e o elemento de impressão (240) são então comprimidos em uma região de garras da prensa de compressão (320), segunda (350) e terceira (360) camadas de feltro de desaguamento.
