Um método de cultivo de plantas aplicável a plantas autopolinizantes e a plantas produzidas por uso do método, inclui o uso de marcadores moleculares encadeados a locais interativos que afetam peculiaridades de valor agronómico. O método permite que se identifique um primeiro marcador molecular encadeado a um local de peculiaridade quantitativa (QTL) e um segundo marcador molecular encadeado a um local modificante tendo um efeito epistático em combinação com um QTL. As etapas convencionais de cultivo podem então ser usadas para introgressar os locais interativos em outras variedades de plantas.Invention Patent: <B> "SOYA CONTAINING EPISTATIC GENES AFFECTING PRODUCTION" <D>. A plant cultivation method applicable to self-pollinating plants and plants produced using the method, includes the use of molecular markers linked to interactive sites that affect peculiarities of agronomic value. The method allows one to identify a first molecular marker linked to a quantitative peculiarity site (QTL) and a second molecular marker linked to a modifying site having an epistatic effect in combination with a QTL. Conventional cultivation steps can then be used to introgress interactive sites in other plant varieties.
