Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçõES POR SATéLITE POSSUINDO DESIGNAçãO DE USUáRIO E DESIGNAçãO DE RECURSO DISTRIBUìDAS COM GATEWAYS TERRESTRES"<D>. Um sistema de comunicações por satélite (10) inclui pelo menos um satélite (12); um controlador do sistema (38); uma pluralidade de gateways (18); e pelo menos um terminal de usuário (13) operável para bidirecionalmente comunicar-se com pelo menos um dos gateways através do pelo menos um satélite. Os gateways individuais da pluralidade de gateways estão bidirecionalmente ligados a pelo menos um sistema de comunicações terrestre (4) e atuam para ligar o terminal de usuário com o sistema de comunicação terrestre através do pelo menos um satélite.
