A presente invenção é um carpete com fundo de poliuretano preparado por aplicação de uma dispersão aquosa de um poliuretano ou um material formador de poliuretano ao fundo de um substrato de carpete. A presente invenção pode eliminar a necessidade de preparar um fundo de poliuretano a partir dos seus componentes monoméricos na planta de manufatura de carpetes. The present invention is a carpet with a polyurethane bottom prepared by applying an aqueous dispersion of a polyurethane or a polyurethane forming material to the bottom of a carpet substrate. The present invention can eliminate the need to prepare a polyurethane bottom from its monomeric components in the carpet manufacturing plant. The polyurethane-based carpet of the present invention can be efficiently prepared by a continuous process.
