Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PREPARAçãO DE GáS DE REDUçãO PARA REDUçãO DE MINéRIOS"<D>. A tarefa da invenção é criar um processo, que a uma determinada qualidade de minério otimiza o processo de redução. O gás de redução (7) é analisado por meio do sensor de gás (1) e dividido em duas correntes parciais. A corrente de massa da corrente parcial, que é oxidada, é regulada por meio da válvula de regulagem (3) e chaga então ao queimador (4), onde é feita a oxidação. A outra corrente parcial do gás de redução (7) é regulada por meio da válvula de regulagem (2) de acordo com a quantidade de gás necessária na cuba e, depois, é levada à temperatura necessária no trocador de calor (11), unificada com a corrente parcial oxidada do gás de redução. Por meio do sensor de gás (13) são determinados os componentes do gás e a alimentação de gás (14) é determinada, eventualmente através de fórmulas matemáticas. Com a invenção é possível, a uma determinada qualidade de minério, guiar o processo de redução em direção ao seu ótimo estequiométrico. Uma vantagem também consiste no fato de que o gás de redução é aquecível para uma temperatura desejada com fração de oxidante muito baixa, de modo que a análise de gás pode ser ajustada em amplos limites.
