Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE DISPOSITIVO BIOMéDICO, MéTODO PARA INIBIR SUBSTANCIALMENTE A REESTENOSE EM UM VASO SANGuìNEO DE UM PACIENTE, MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM CONJUNTO DE DISPOSITIVO BIOMéDICO". Um conjunto de dispositivo biomédico tal como um stent, para o tratamento dirigido de um tecido, tal como a inibição da reestenose. O stent é revestido com um antígeno, que é um exemplo de bloqueio. O antígeno pode ser ligado por um anticorpo traçado, que é o exemplo de uma chave e um efetor. O anticorpo é preferivelmente traçado com uma fonte radioativa. De acordo com um método de preparar o conjunto de dispositivo biomédico depois que o stent foi colocado no vaso sang³íneo do paciente, é injetado o anticorpo. O anticorpo então se liga ao antígeno no stent, dessa maneira localizando a fonte radioativa na área a ser tratada, por exemplo contra reestenose. Outros dispositivos biomédicos, tais como uma espiral, uma válvula artificial ou um enxerto vascular também podem ser usados no lugar do stent. O dispositivo biomédico pode ser colocado em um tecido sólido tal como um tumor sólido ou outra pasagem biológica, tal como o trato gastrintestinal, as vias respiratórias ou o trato gênito-urinário.
