Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>''FLANGE SOLTO DE SEGURANçA DE DUAS PARTES''<D>. O flange solto (1) representado de acordo com a invenção, é constituído por duas metades de flange (2, 3) que se superpõem em duas regiões de superposição. Em cada uma das duas regiões de superposição é aplicado um furo de parafuso de conexão (4, 5) que atravessa as duas metades de flanges (2, 3). Deslocado de 90° com relação aos mesmos é aplicado um outro furo de parafusos de conexão (6, 7) em cada uma das duas metades de flanges (2, 3). As regiões de superposição das duas metades de flanges (2, 3) apresentam, perfis (21, 22, 31, 32) em forma de degraus que se encaixam entre si e servem para a absorção das forças de cisalhamento. A ligação de dois flanges soltos com auxilio de parafusos de conexão, entre outros nas duas regiões de superposição das metades de flanges (2, 3) possibilita apertar, com força consideravelmente maior, todos os parafusos de conexão, isto é, também aqueles dispostos em furos de parafusos de 3onexão (6,7) fora das regiões de superposição.
