Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM PAPEL COM, CARGA MINERAL, E, PAPEL CARREGADO COM CARGA MINERAL". Um método para introdução e retenção de partículas de carga mineral dentro dos lúmens de polpa de fibras de madeira é exposto. As cargas são misturadas com uma pasta fluida de polpa de alta consistência de tal forma que uma porção da carga total se difunde dentro dos lúmens. A fibra carregada é tratada com um agente floculante químico que apresenta uma maior afinidade química para a carga que para a fibra. As partículas de carga floculadas são impedidas de se difundirem para a parte externa dos lúmens. Em níveis iguais de carregamento de carga, o papel formado de acordo com o processo de carregamento de lúmen dessa invenção apresenta resistência mecânica superior que a do papel preparado da maneira convencional.
