Abstract

"LAMINADO PARA EMBALAGEM, PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DO MESMO, E, RECIPIENTE PARA EMBALAGEM". A divulgação refere-se um laminado para embalagem que compreende uma camada de núcleo (31) de papel e uma camada de barreira contra gás (32) disposta sobre um lado da camada de núcleo e contendo policetona, a policetona sendo um copolímero linear alifático de monómero de olefina e dióxido de carbono (CO). O laminado para embalagem possui boa resistência interna e os recipientes para embalagem produzidos a partir do laminado para embalagem obtêm superiores propriedades de barreira contra gás e contra aroma assim como boas propriedades mecânicas a um custo inferior. O copolímero de policetona consiste de 100 por cento unidades alternadas de monómero de olefina e de monóxido de carbono, preferivelmente de unidades alternadas de etileno e de monóxido de carbono e até aproximadamente 15 por cento em peso de unidades de <244>-olefina com 3-12 átomos de carbono. A policetona também pode ser misturada com um outro polímero termoplástico tal como, por exemplo, poliolefina e é incorporada à mistura em uma quantidade de 1-99, preferivelmente 30-70 por cento em peso. A camada de barreira contra gás (32) pode estar colada à camada de núcleo (31) por meio de uma camada adesivas (35) de um polímero promotor de adesão ou alternativamente por meio de uma camada de laminação (34) de um termoplástico e de uma camada adesiva (35) disposta entre a camada termoplástica e a camada de barreira contra gás. Uma ou mais camadas internas (33') de um plástico impermeável a líquido podem ser fornecidas no lado oposto da camada de barreira contra gás, para a formação de uma camada interna em um recipiente para embalagem produzido a partir do laminado para embalagem, por meio de uma camada de adesão interjacente (36).
