O enrolamento (31) do transformador/indutor é feito de um condutor flexível (38) tendo campo elétrico que contém meios que forçam o campo elétrico, devido à corrente elétrica no enrolamento (31) a ser contido dentro da camada isolante do condutor flexível (38). A espessura da camada isolante do condutor flexível (38) é adotada de tal modo a tornar a tensão elétrica (33) constante através da extensão do enrolamento.
