Abstract

Patente de Invenção para <B>"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE BARRAS DE SEçõES RìGIDAS CAPAZES DE SEREM ARTICULADAS MANUALMENTE, UTILIZáVEIS COMO UMA ESTRUTURA PARA PAREDES, PAREDES FALSAS, TETOS FALSOS E SIMILARES, E BARRAS DE SEçõES ASSIM OBTIDAS"<D>. A presente invençãso se refere a um processo de fabricação de barras de seções rígidas capazes de serem arituladas manualmente, compreendendo uma primeira fase na qual, em uma tira de material adequado, uma sucessão de áreas de enfraquecimento transversais em relação ao eixo geométrico longitudinal de referida tira é obtida por cisalhamento, referidas áreas incluindo fendas poligonais cujo eixo geométrico de simetria é transversal em relação ao referido eixo geométrico longitudinal, alternativamente viradas em relação a estas, e incluindo adicionalmente redutores de peso obtidos em linhas retas transversais que passam através dos vértices, chanfrados com filetes relativamente amplos, de referidas fendas poligonais; e uma segunda fase na qual referida tira é formada de acordo com um perfil aberto terminando, em suas extremidades, com bordas livres. A invenção se refere acidionalmente às barras de seções desse modo obtidas.
