Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A INSTALAçãO DE DECK EM UMA SUBESTRUTURA DE OFFSHORE" Um aparelho e método para a instalação de um deck em uma subestrutura de offshore. A invenção é particularmente útil com uma subestrutura flutuante. Dois pontoneiros independentes possuem cada um duas colunas espaçadas uma da outra que se estendem ascendentemente a partir dos pontoneiros. Em cada pontoneiro, uma viga de suporte fixada às colunas espalha o espaço entre as colunas. Cada pontoneiro é fornecido com tanques de lastro que permitem que os pontoneiros recebam seletivamente lastro ou perdem lastro para controlar a profundidade de pontoneiro para receber um deck ou instalar um deck em uma subestrutura de offshore. Os pontoneiros podem receber lasto descendente durante o trânsito do deck de forma que a parte de corpo principal dos pontoneiros esteja abaixo da ação significativa da onda e as colunas apresentam uma área plana de água relativamente pequena. Os pontoneiros permitem que o deck seja colocado diretamente acima da subestrutura de offshore.
