"DISPOSITIVO óTICO E MéTODO PARA PROCESSAR UM SINAL DIGITAL óTICO EM PARALELO E EM ESPAçO LIVRE E DISPOSITIVO PARA MODIFICAR A DURAçãO TEMPORAL DE PELO MENOS UM BIT DE UMA SéRIE TEMPORAL DE N BITS TRANSFORMADA EM UMA FIGURA ESPACIAL CORRESPONDENTE". Optical device for processing an optical digital signal in parallel and in free space, said device comprising: a) input device (60,600) in guided propagation of an optical digital signal (6) comprising at least one time series (7a) of n bits; b) device capable of converting said optical digital signal (6) into a bundle of n optical digital signals in guided propagation (1,2,3,4), each comprising at least one time series (7a) of n bits; c) device capable of converting said bundle of n optical digital signals into guided propagation (1,2,3,4), each comprising said at least one n-bit time series (7a), in a bundle of n signals optical digital in free space (111,112,113, and 114); d) device capable of selecting, in parallel and in free space, a pre-selected bit from said at least one time series (7a) of n bits of each of said n optical digital signals (111,112,113 and 114) in a way transforming said at least one time series (7a) of n bits into a spatial figure (7d) of said n bits, which carries the same information as that previously contained in said at least one time series (7a), said device further comprising e) optical device capable of modifying, in parallel and in free space, at least one bit of said spatial figure (7d) of the right n bits, said device being selected from the group comprising a device capable of eliminating at least one bit, device capable of inserting at least one bit and device capable of modifying the shape of at least one bit, and f) output device of a processed optical digital signal (900) comprising at least a series of n bits.
