Abstract

SISTEMAS DE SERVIçO DE DéBITO E PROCESSOS PARA UNIDADES SEM FIO E TRADUTOR PARA TROCA DE INFORMAçõES Sistemas e processos para troca de informação, e particularmente informação de débito, entre uma rede sem fio visitada e uma rede sem fio doméstica relativa a uma unidade sem fio operando na rede visitada. Um tradutor é fornecido que inclui um receptor para recepção de dados relacionados à unidade da rede visitada, um dispositivo de tradutor para tradução e/ou formatação dos dados em uma mensagem padrão de comunicações de inter-rede, e um transmissor para transmissão da mensagem padrão para a rede doméstica. O tradutor pode receber dados de uma plataforma de débito da rede visitada. O tradutor pode formatar os dados em mensagens padrão, preferivelmente uma mensagem IS-41. Esta mensagem padrão pode ser recebida por um tradutor na rede doméstica. O tradutor doméstico pode extrair os dados da mensagem padrão, traduzir os dados e fornecer os dados para a plataforma de débito da rede doméstica. Após a plataforma de débito doméstica determinar a informação de autorização em relação à unidade, o tradutor doméstico pode traduzir e formatar a informação de autorização em uma mensagem de resposta padrão de comunicações de inter-rede, preferivelmente, uma mensagem de resposta IS-41. O tradutor doméstico transmite esta mensagem de resposta padrão para a rede visitada, onde o tradutor visitado pode receber a mensagem de resposta, extrair a informação de autorização, traduzir esta informação e depois fornecer a informação de autorização para a plataforma de débito visitada.
