A invenção relacioa-se a um procedimento e um sistema para o re-roteamento de chamadas de emergências no evento de um defeito na rede telefônica. De acordo com a invenção, chamadas de emrgência são direcionadas em um concentrador para uma linha de emergência e direcionado adiante para um centro de controle de brigada de incêndio regional via uma estação móvel conectada à linha de emergência. No sistema da invenção, nenhum retardo ocorre no re-roteamento e posterior roteamento das chamadas de emergência no evento de defeito da rede telefônica.''
