A dialing circuit is connected to the sensor circuit to connect the subscriber's telecommunications equipment from the telephone line to the alternative telecommunication path in the presence of at least one of said parameters. The alternative telecommunication path selected from the group consisting of: another tactile, physical telephone line; telephone connection via the power supply network; radio connection, e.g. GSM, NMT, VHF, UHF; optical cable connection; optical, non-physical connection; satellite radio communications; ultrasound communication connection.
