Abstract

"APARELHO PARA PUXAR CARNE COZIDA". Um aparelho para puxar uma carne cozida em tiras individuais. Uma modalidade preferida incluindo um conjunto de rolo de alimentação que permitem uma carne cozida para iniciar o processo de separação e controlavelmente distribui o produto alimentício para uma central de alimentação. Uma broca na central de alimentação distribui o produto alimentício para um cilindro rotativo.
