Abstract

"REVESTIMENTOS DE óXIDO ANCORADOS SOBRE FERRAMENTAS DE CORTE DE METAL DURO". Um inserto de ferramenta de corte compreende um substrato de metal duro tendo, pelo menos, dois revestimentos resistentes ao desgaste, incluindo um revestimento cerâmico externo e um revestimento sob o revestimento cerâmico sendo um carbonitreto metálico tendo uma razão atómica de nitrogênio para carbono entre 0,7 e 0,95, que faz com que o carbonitreto metálico forme projeções no revestimento cerâmico, com o que são aperfeiçoadas a aderência e a resistência à fadiga do revestimento cerâmico.
