Abstract

''CABEçOTE MODULAR OSCILANTE E MáQUINA EQUILIBRADA MODULAR, PARTICULARMENTE PARA O ESTICAMENTO E AMACIAMENTO DE COUROS INDUSTRIAIS E PRODUTOS SIMILARES''. Um cabeçote oscilante modular, particularmente para o esticamento e amaciamento de couros industriais e produtos similares, compreendendo passadeiras flexíveis (31, 32) para o avanço longitudinal contínuo dos couros entre pelo menos um par de placas com ferramentas sobre as quais o dispositivo de acionamento age para a produção de oscilação relativa ao longo de um plano de trabalho (<227>) substancialmente perpendicular ao do avanço. Duas placas móveis (7,8) são fornecidas ancoradas aos corpos de batimento respectivos (3,4) posicionados em lados opostos com relação a uma estrutura de suporte (2) ao longo do plano de trabalho (<227>). Os corpos de batimento (3,4) são fornecidos com um movimento oscilante simétrico com relação à estrutura central no plano de trabalho (<227>). O dispositivo de acionamento compreende um par de mecanismos de haste de conexão e manivela que agem nas partes de extremidade transversais dos corpos de batimento, e são formados por hastes de conexão (11, 12; 21, 22) conectadas aos cames excêntricos respectivos (15, 16; 25, 26) que possuem um formato de zigue-zague angular (<225>) substancialmente igual a 180° para a produção do movimento alternado simétrico na fase oposta a dos corpos de batimento (3,4).
