Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA MONITORAR A CONCENTRAçãO DE UM ANALISADO E INTENSIFICAR O ìNDICE DE FLUXO TRANSDéRMICO DE UM PERMEANTE ATIVO EM UMA áREA SELECIONADA NO CORPO DE UM INDìVìDUO, PARA APLICAR UMA TATUAGEM A UMA áREA SELECIONADA DA PELE E PARA REDUZIR UM RETARDAMENTO TEMPORAL NA DIFUSãO DE UM ANALISADO DO SANGUE DE UM INDIVìDUO E A EVAPORAçãO DO FLUIDO E A SUA PRESSãO DE VAPOR". Um processo de melhorar a permeabilidade da pele (120, 274) a um analisado para fins diagnósticos, ou a um medicamento para fins terapêuticos, é descrito utilizando-se a microporação e energia opcionalmente sónica e um intensificador químico. Se selecionada, a energia sónica pode ser modulada por meio de modulação de frequência, modulação de amplitude, modulação de fase e/ou combinações destas. Microporation is performed by (a) removing the horny extract (274) by means of rapid localized heating of water, such that the water is vaporized, thus eroding the cells; (b) puncture of the horny extract (274) with a microlancet calibrated to form a micropore up to about 1000 µm in diameter; (c) removal of the horny extract (274), by focusing a beam of sonic energy firmly focused on the horny extract (274); (d) hydraulically punctional the horny extract (274) with a jet of high pressure fluid, to form a micropore up to about 1000 µm in diameter; or (e) puncturing the horny extract (274) with short pulses of electricity, to form a micropore up to about 1000 µm in diameter.
