Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"CONTROLE DE PRAGAS DE INSETOS HEMìPTEROS COM BACILLUS THURINGIENSIS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de endotoxinas de Bacillus thuringiensis (B.t.) para controlar pragas de insetos hemípteros. Especificamente exemplificada é a cepa de B.t. 201T6, var B.t. israelenses, e <sym>-endotoxinas dos mesmos. Estes isolados e toxinas podem ser administrados às referidas pragas, ou ao meio as referidas pragas, por exemplo plantas, para obter controle de pragas. Uma forma de realização preferida é transformação de plantas para expressar as toxinas de B.t.
