Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO MODULAR PARA FACILITAR O USO E A INSTALAçãO DE TêXTEIS DE FILTRAGEM". Trata-se de um filtro de mesa tubular para um filtro de mesa rotativo horizontal circular que inclui inúmeras seções que podem ser montadas na armação de sustentação do mesmo. As seções são setoriais anulares e quando montadas formam um anel modular no filtro de mesa. Cada seção, por sua vez, pode ser dividida em uma subseção externa e uma subseção interna. O tecido ou têxtil de filtragem pode ser colocado no topo da subseção externa e preso na mesma, pela subseção interna que se destina a travá-lo na mesma. Alternativamente, cada seção pode ser uma armação setorial anular integral tendo um sulco ou canal periférico. O têxtil de filtragem pode ser colocado no topo da armação e sobre um sulco ou canal, e cunhas impulsionadas dentro do mesmo para prender o tecido esticadamente através da armação. O filtro de mesa modular simplifica muito a reposição do tecido de filtragem, à medida em que as seções que prendem o tecido, necessitam de uma substituição e pode ser removido facilmente e recolocado por outros tendo têxteis de filtragem novos, sem a necessidade de isolar o filtro de mesa por um tempo mais prolongado.
