Abstract
"SISTEMA DE REDISTRIBUIçãO DE CARGA NAS PENEIRAS DAS COLHEITADERAS". Desenhado para evitar as perdas do produto recolhido quando a colheitadeira faz o trabalho em terrenos com inclinação lateral. Esta patente tem como inovação a maneira de redistribuir a carga na peneira superior, que devido à inclinação da colheitadeira se carrega ao lado mais baixo, provocando-se duas situações que ocasionam prejuízos que não são recuperáveis. O primeiro dos prejuízos refere-se à perda de grãos ocasionados por derrame no chão de sementes como resultado da sobre-elevação da carga em um só lado da peneira; sobre-elevação que da origem a rebaixar os mecanismos que mantém confinada a carga no compartimento das peneiras, tanto na peneira superior como na inferior. O segundo prejuízo é ocasionado pelo fato de ter que reduzir a velocidade no deslocamento da colheitadeira, devido que nos lugares inclinados do terreno se acumula a carga de um só lado, ocasionando que uma grande parte das peneiras fiquem sem produto, provocando uma grande perda do ar que é utilizado para a classificação, diminuendo a capacidade de separação, o que também ocasiona a sobre-elevação na parte coberta da peneira: obrigando ao operador a reduzir a marcha para não derramar no chão; o que significa perda de tempo na colheita, dito de outra maneira, sacrificando o rendimento da colheitadeira com a conseq³ente perda de tempo e dinheiro."LOAD REDISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN HARVEST FEATHERS". The second damage is due to the fact that the speed of the harvester has to be slowed down, since on the sloping ground the single-sided load accumulates, causing a large part of the sieves to run out of produce, causing a great loss of air that is used for classification, reducing the separation capacity, which also causes over-elevation in the covered part of the sieve: forcing the operator to slow down so as not to spill onto the floor; This means wasted harvest time, in other words, sacrificing the combine's yield with the consequent waste of time and money.
