"CABELOS ARTIFICIAIS CACHEADOS APLICADOS EM ENTRELAçAMENTOS, PERUCAS, APLIQUES E SIMILARES". A presente Patente de Modelo de utilidade diz respeito a Cabelos Artificiais Cacheados Aplicados Em Entrelaçamentos, Perucas, Apliques e Similares, (1), caracterizada por ser constituída por uma junção de fios sintéticos que imitam cabelos humanos de forma totalmente natural, a qual é apresentada em forma de madeixas cacheadas (3) com cachos de diâmetro compreendido entre 2 e 4 cm, todas com quantidade variável de fios, variando de acordo com a quantidade de feixes de fios utilizados, 7 à 12, todos com quantidade variável de fios entre 20 e 28 fios, esses com diâmetros compreendidos entre 0,3 e 0,15 micras. é formada por diversos fios fabricados por processo contínuo de extrusão, com uso de ferramental específico, sendo que para obter um ou outro tipo só é necessário aumentar ou diminuir os tempos de processamento. Na fabricação desses fios são utilizados materiais termoplásticos virgens diversos, tais como poliamida e polipropileno de densidades variadas ou polietileno de baixa densidade, os quais possuem propriedades físico químicas adequadas tais como a flexibilidade, resistência são atóxicos e totalmente recicláveis.
