Abstract
" METODOLOGIA ALTERNATIVA PARA O PROCESSO áCIDO-ARGILA, APLICADO NO RERREFINO DE óLEOS LUBRIFICANTES USADOS, A PARTIR DA ETAPA DE TRATAMENTO QUìMICO/SULFONAçãO. FOR THE ACID-CLAY PROCESS APPLIED IN REFERENCE OF USED LUBRICANT OILS FROM THE CHEMICAL / SULPHONATION TREATMENT. It presents a methodology that dramatically reduces the operating time of the Chemical / Sulfonation stage, which is the chemical / sulfonation stage. (25 to 26 hours) of this lubricating oil refining process With this methodology the operating time can be reduced to 13 hours or less The methodology is based on the previous dilution of the oil entering this step using a support solvent (eg n-Hexane) followed by the addition of activated charcoal or activated clays as initial adsorbents and subsequent acid sludge binders formed by the addition of sulfuric acid. low viscosity fluid and dense agglutinated particles (blurs plus coal or clays).
