"PROTEçãO ASSéPTICA PARA EMBALAGENS ALIMENTìCIAS, DE BEBIDAS E CONGêNERES". Notadamente de uma proteção asséptica (1) para uso em embalagens diversas (E), destinadas a acondicionar diferentes produtos, dita proteção asséptica (1) podendo ser confeccionada em materiais vários, preferencialmente flexíveis, como filmes plásticos, plásticos de média densidade e demais que permitam a acomodação exata e precisa sobre uma superfície, bem como a aplicação de uma porção rompível e destacável; a proteção asséptica (1) consiste na aplicação, sobre a embalagem (E), ou seja, sua superfície superior, bocal ou qualquer outra parte que entre em imediato contato com o produto quando aberta, de uma cobertura (2) que acompanha, em termos dimensionais e geométricos, a respectiva superfície, dita cobertura (2) estendendo-se parcialmente para as laterais (L) da embalagem (E), onde é fixada por um meio convencional qualquer; em função do material empregado na sua confecção, a cobertura (2) será dotada de um diferente elemento rompível (3), ou seja, na forma de um lacre contornante, com linhas de enfraquecimento, bem como com linhas de rompimento (caso seja filme plástico); a fixação da cobertura (2), através de suas laterais, à embalagem (E), pode ser realizada por diferentes meios, como vácuo, adesivada, pressão por deformação plástica, dentre outros métodos conhecidos do estado da técnica."ASEPTIC PROTECTION FOR FOOD, DRINK AND CONGENERIC PACKAGING".
