Abstract
"DISPOSIçãO INTRODUZIDA EM RESFRIADOR DE LEITE", especialmente de um equipamento que tem por função resfriar o leite cru por vários dias, com regulagem automática de temperatura mediante uso de termostato e bulbo bimetálico em contato direto com a água e líquido anticongelante, de modo que o leite a ser resfriado se mantenha isento do contato físico com este referido líquido; em linhas gerais, o resfriador consiste de uma câmara fria (1) provida de uma tampa superior (4), com uma parte fixa e outra articulável, sobre a qual estão instalados, de maneira fixa, alguns componentes como compressor refrigerador (9) e motor elétrico (6) que se interliga a uma hélice (7) que se prolonga para o interior da referida câmara (1); esta câmara (1) recebe internamente serpentinas (11) mergulhadas em meio a um líquido de resfriamento (anticongelante), o qual permite, em conjunto com a operação da hélice, a manutenção do leite a baixa temperatura, de forma homogênea; a regulagem automática da temperatura é feita, conforme dito, pelo termostato e bulbo bimetálico (15); a introdução do leite no resfriador é rápida e este recebe um "choque térmico" de modo a exterminar qualquer tipo de bactéria eventualmente contido no produto."PROVISION INTRODUCED IN A MILK COOLER", especially an equipment that has the function of cooling raw milk for several days, with automatic temperature regulation using a thermostat and bimetallic bulb in direct contact with water and antifreeze liquid, so that the milk to be cooled remains free of physical contact with this liquid; in general, the chiller consists of a cold chamber (1) provided with an upper cover (4), with a fixed and articulating part, on which are installed, in a fixed way, some components such as a refrigerating compressor (9) and electric motor (6) that connects to a propeller (7) that extends into said chamber (1); this chamber (1) internally receives coils (11) dipped in the middle of a cooling liquid (antifreeze), which allows, together with the operation of the propeller, the maintenance of milk at low temperature, in a homogeneous way; automatic temperature regulation is performed, as stated, by the thermostat and bimetallic bulb (15); the introduction of milk in the chiller is quick and it receives a "thermal shock" in order to exterminate any type of bacteria possibly contained in the product.
