Abstract

Patente de Modelo de Utilidade da MáQUINA PARA COLAR ENTRE-TELA EM MALHA, para colar entre-tela em malha e/ou tecido, sendo que num desses tecidos já estando impregnado com substância glutinosa (cola), se fundirá pela ação do calor gerado no tambor de aquecimento, com outro tecido comum. O funcionamento da máquina, para a obtenção do produto resultante, dá-se do seguinte modo: emprega-se normalmente pedaços de malhas (25), que serão montados sobre a esteira transportadora (21). Pela ação do movimento longitudinal e contínuo dela (21), a metade do tecido (29) sará transportada ao tambor de aquecimento (8). Nesse momento, será introduzido o tecido com cola (31), já impregnado com substância glutinosa (cola), disposto em forma de rolo ou bobina (51), resultando em junção dos dois tecidos (29 e 31), sendo unidos fortemente (fusionagem) um ao outro pela ação de calor gerado no tambor de aquecimento (8).
