Abstract

"CAVALETE DE CARGA BIPARTIDO PARA CORREIA TRANSPORTADORA", constituído por dois tubos (1 e 2). O maior (1) incorpora braços verticais (3, 4 e 5) confeccionados em chapas perfiladas; onde o braço maior (3) disposto no extremo externo do tubo (1), apresenta seu extremo superior (3a) voltado obliquamente em direção do braço menor (4), disposto intermediariamente ao comprimento do tubo (1), tendo seu extremo superior (4a) também dobrado de forma oblíqua e paralela ao extremo superior (3a) do braço maior (3). Entre esses últimos é pivotado um dos roletes extremos oblíquos (11) do cavalete de carga (10) sobre o qual é assentada a correia transportadora (T). Após ao braço menor (4) é incorporado um par de braços menores (5), dispostos, respectivamente, junto ao braço menor (4) e junto ao extremo interno do tubo (1); sendo que entre eles é pivotado um rolete intermediário horizontal (12). O segundo tubo (2), de menor comprimento, incorpora braços verticais (3 e 4), tal como o primeiro, sendo que o braço maior (3), disposto no extremo externo do tubo menor (2), apresenta seu extremo superior (3a) voltado obliquamente em direção do braço menor (4), disposto no extremo interno do tubo menor (2), apresentando seu extremo superior (4a) também dobrado de forma oblíqua o paralela ao extremo superior (3a) do braço maior (3), sendo que entre esses últimos é pivotado o terceiro rolete dito extremo obliquo (11) do cavalete de carga (10). Ambos os tubos maior (1) e menor (2) apresentam-se inferior e longitudinalmente seccionados por uma abertura estreita (6), possibilitando que os mesmos sejam respectivamente encaixados de forma envolvente e axial em um outro tubo (7) de menor diâmetro fixado sobre a estrutura (8) da correia transportadora (T). Os tubos móveis (1 e 2) são retidos axialmente no tubo fixo (7), através de pino chato transversal (9) que transpassa, simultaneamente, furos (9a) providos nos tubos (1, 2 e 7), e recebe uma cunha (9b) de travamento.
