Abstract

O presente pedido de patente refere-se a uma disposição construtiva em dispositivo de treinamento pessoal para atletas de artes marciais utilizando o movimento do próprio braço e corpo para direcionamento, intensidade e altura para contra-movimentos de cabeça e tronco para treinamento de reflexos.
