Refere-se o presente pedido de patente de modelo de utilidade a um inédito kit (1) para politriz (2), assim como, esmerilhadeira, lixadeira e similares, cujo diferencial é proporcionar um processo de extração e espelhamento do mármore mais rápido e eficaz, aumentando consideravelmente a produtividade do processo, além de gerar benefícios a saúde do operador. [003] Atualmente, o processo para espelhamento de mármore em paredes, dentre outros, pode ser realizado de forma manual, onde tem-se a aplicação de massa para o processo de laminação, que consiste no uso de uma espátula, que, por meio do seu fio, vai-se compactando a massa contra a superfície, sendo um processo moroso e extremamente cansativo; posteriormente, aplica-se o uso de lixas em gramaturas diferentes, onde o operador também aplica a força física manual, exigindo muito esforço físico para atingir o ponto desejado de espelhamento do mármore, além de deixar marcas e riscos no mármore. Não obstante, outro método conhecido, consiste no uso de um rotor orbital que é empregado por uma lixa de gramatura 400, 600 ou mais grãos, para a aplicação da laminação, no intuito de obter o espelhamento do mármore.
