Abstract

O modelo trata-se de um coletor de materiais cortantes ou perfurantes para descarte de material infectante e/ou tóxico, composto de papelão ondulado, com sistema de travas de segurança e alças para transporte, o mesmo apresenta uma melhoria na montagem dos acessórios da caixa coletora utilizando um acessório como peça única, visando redução do risco de montagem errônea, tempo de montagem e risco de acidente já que os modelos atuais podem proporcionar que o usuário esqueça de colocar a placa rígida no fundo do coletor, ou monte de forma errada o que pode ocasionar perfuração do fundo da mesma com os pefurocortantes. O mesmo é constituído de material resistente a perfurações e descartável.

O presente modelo de utilidade refere-se a uma caixa coletora de perfurocortante infectante com melhoria em sua montagem, sua aplicação é na área hospitalar, em laboratórios, consultórios médicos, odontológicos e veterinários, sendo utilizada para descarte de matérias e resíduos perfurocortantes como agulhas, lancetas, vidros em geral, lâminas de bisturi, ampolas e cateter, a mesma é desenvolvida com uma modificação em seu fundo, com a presença de uma bandeja, desta forma a mesma reduz o risco de montagem errônea e risco de acidente por perfurocortantes, atendendo as precauções de segurança necessárias em ambientes onde são gerados resíduos perfurocortantes infectados segue as recomendações da RDC 222/2018, da ANVISA a qual regulamenta as boas práticas de gerenciamento dos resíduos de serviços de saúde e do CONAMA 358, do Conselho do meio ambiente que dispõe sobre o tratamento e a disposição final dos resíduos dos serviços de saúde e dá outras providências02.
