STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE

005 Da análise dos problemas encontrados e visando a colocação no mercado de um produto dotado com características próprias de desenvolvimento, pesquisas de anterioridades foram realizadas junto ao Banco de Dados do INPI e foi encontrado o documento a seguir: - BR 10 2020 010046-7 depositado em 19/05/2020 e publicado em 14/07/2020 sob o título de “DISPOSITIVO PORTÁTIL ACOPLÁVEL À MÁSCARA RESPIRATÓRIA OU CAPACETE DE PROTEÇÃO FACIAL PARA ESTERILIZAÇÃO DE AR PARA RESPIRAÇÃO EM AMBIENTES PASSIVEIS DE CONTAMINAÇÃO POR GERMES E VÍRUS”. Refere-se o presente relatório descritivo a uma patente de invenção de um sistema associado a um dispositivo portátil acoplável em máscaras de respiração e capacetes de proteção facial, que tem por objetivo a esterilização de ar sendo respirado pelo usuário. O dispositivo é composto por uma câmara de entrada de ar e outra câmara de saída do ar, separadas e comandadas por válvulas direcionais de fluxo automáticas, que conduzem o ar filtrado para máscara naso buco facial convencional, onde ambas as câmaras confinam o ar e mediante labirinto de fluxo, expõe este ar à iluminação UV na região espectral entre 200 e 390nm, luz UV sendo produzida por emissores semicondutores de luz ultravioleta na região espectral capaz de causar danos aos tecidos e RNA dos agentes microbianos. A emissão de luz UV é regulada pela densidade de potência de emissão e pelo tempo de exposição durante o período de respiração, de forma a produzir dose de energia suficiente para eliminar a maioria destes patógenos.
